Order sessions inside a Sprint
Drag and drop sessions on the sprint page to set the order in which they appear in the sprint.
Sessions inside a sprint have a fixed order that you control. Drag them on the sprint page to match the sequence of your workshops.
Before you start
- You can reorder sessions only from the sprint's own page, not from the general Sessions list.
- A sprint needs at least two sessions to reorder. Click Create session on the sprint page to add more.
Steps
- In the Instigator sidebar, click Sprints.
- Click the sprint's name to open it. Its sessions are listed under Sessions.
- Each session row shows a drag icon at the right end.
- Click and hold the session row, drag it up or down to its new position, and release it.
- The new order is saved as soon as you drop the row. You don't need to click a save button.
Tips
- Clicking a column header (for example Name or Start date) sorts the list on screen only. It does not change the saved order. Reload the page to see the saved order again.
- The saved order is the default order whenever you open the sprint page.
- To move a session to a different sprint, edit the session and change its Sprint field.
