How to move a session to another sprint
Change the sprint a session belongs to by editing the session and picking a new sprint.
A session can belong to one sprint. To move it, edit the session and choose a different sprint.
Before you start
You can only pick sprints from the workspace you are in. In My Work you see your personal sprints. In a team, you see that team's sprints.
Steps
- Open the session. In the Instigator sidebar, under My work, click Sessions and click the session name.
- Click the ... menu next to the session name and click Edit.
- In the Sprint field, choose the new sprint. Leave it empty to remove the session from any sprint.
- Click the save button at the bottom right of the form.
- The session page opens. Click Session detail to check that the new sprint is shown.
Tips
- The Move to folder option in the session list moves a session into a folder, not into a sprint.
- The Sprint column in the Sessions list shows the sprint each session belongs to.
- To add a brand new session to a sprint, open the sprint and click Create session.
