How to archive and unarchive a Sprint
Hide a finished sprint from your active list without deleting it, and restore it whenever you need it again.
Archiving hides a sprint from your active Sprints list without deleting it or its sessions. You can unarchive it at any time.
Before you start
- Archived sprints stay in the workspace where they were created. Personal sprints are under My Work, and team sprints are under that team in the workspace switcher (the narrow strip on the far left).
Steps
Archive a sprint
- In the Instigator sidebar, click Sprints.
- Click the ... menu on the sprint's row and click Archive. You can also open the sprint and click the Archive button above the session list.
- Confirm with OK when asked "Are you sure?".
- You return to the Sprints list and see "Sprint archived successfully".
Unarchive a sprint
- On the Sprints page, click Show archived next to the search box. The number beside it shows how many sprints are archived.
- Click the ... menu on the archived sprint's row and click Unarchive. You can also open the archived sprint and click Unarchive.
- Confirm with OK when asked "Are you sure?".
- You see "Sprint unarchived successfully" and the sprint is back in the active list.
- Click Show active to return to the active list.
Tips
- Archiving a sprint does not archive its sessions. They still appear in your Sessions list.
- While a sprint is archived, its page only shows the Unarchive button. Unarchive it to edit, share or add sessions again.
- Use Delete only when you want to remove the sprint and all its sessions permanently.
