How to archive and unarchive a Session
Hide sessions you no longer use without deleting them, and bring them back whenever you need them.
Archiving hides a session from your active list without deleting it. You can unarchive it at any time.
Steps
Archive a session
- In the Instigator sidebar, under My work, click Sessions.
- Click the ... menu on the session's row and click Archive. You can also open the session and use the ... menu next to its name.
- Confirm with OK when asked "Are you sure?".
Unarchive a session
- On the Sessions page, click Show archived. The number next to it shows how many sessions are archived.
- Click the ... menu on the session's row and click Unarchive.
- Confirm with OK. The session is back in the active list.
You can also open an archived session and click Unarchive at the top of its agenda.
Tips
- Click Show active to return to your active sessions.
- An archived session cannot be edited or played until you unarchive it. Its menu only shows Unarchive.
- After you archive a team session, the app may take you to your personal Sessions list. Click the team's initials in the workspace switcher to go back to the team.
- Archiving is not deleting. To remove a session permanently, use Delete instead.
