Seeing an Innovation Opportunity full report
Open the Full report of an Innovation Opportunity to review its details, cycle progress, hypotheses, small bets and resources in one view.
The Full report brings together everything recorded for an opportunity in one window. It is useful when you review an opportunity with stakeholders.
Steps
- Open the opportunity. In the Leader sidebar, click Innovation Opportunities and click the opportunity name.
- Click the three-dots menu at the top right of the opportunity header.
- Choose Full report.
What the report shows
- Opportunity detail: click to expand the challenge statement, objectives, description, start date, budget, responsible person and linked Next Tools.
- The portfolio name and the Assumptions vs Knowledge bar.
- The cycle name, with a View full cycle link that opens an image of the full cycle, and the stage progress bar.
- One section per stage, numbered (1 Formulate, 2 Incubate, and so on), each with its own Assumptions vs Knowledge bar. Click a stage to see the hypotheses recorded in it, with their date and result.
- Click a hypothesis to see its small bets: Small bet, Small bet outcomes, LFI and LFI implications, plus any attached resources. Small bets created from an LFI implication show which small bet they came from.
- The opportunity's Resources, if there are any.
To close the report, click the close icon at the top right.
Tips
- Each hypothesis appears in the report under its own stage, not under the opportunity's current stage. You can change a hypothesis's stage in its edit window.
- The report is read-only. To change anything, close it and edit the content on the opportunity page.
