How to print posters

Print the posters for a single drill, or for every drill, team and duo in an in-person or hybrid session.

You can print posters for one drill from the Drill Library, or print all posters for a session at once. For a session, you get one set per team, duo or individual.

Print posters for a whole session

Before you start

The session's Session format must be In Person or Hybrid. To change it, open the session's ... menu, click Edit, and save. Also set the number of Individuals, Duos and Teams you expect. You must be signed in and able to edit the session to see the print button.

Steps

Open the session and click Play. The play view opens in a new tab.
Click Print physical posters.
A new tab opens with every poster for the drills in the agenda, in agenda order. Drills done by teams, duos or individuals get one numbered copy per team, duo or individual.
Use your browser's print option (Ctrl+P, or Cmd+P on Mac) to print the posters or save them as a PDF.

In the left sidebar, click Drill library and open the drill.
Click Printable Poster. The poster pages open in a new tab.
Use your browser's print option to print them or save them as a PDF.

Tips

Check the participant numbers before printing, so you get the right number of copies.
Use your browser's print settings to choose a larger paper size, or print to PDF and send the file to a print shop.
A PDF of the posters can also be uploaded to your own Miro board for remote groups.
