How to preview a poster
Open a drill's Printable Poster from the Drill Library to see its poster pages before your session.
Many drills come with posters: large worksheets that participants fill in during the exercise. You can preview a drill's posters from the Drill Library before you add it to a session or print it.
Steps
- In the left sidebar, click Drill library.
- Find the drill and click its card to open its details.
- In the menu on the left of the window, click Printable Poster.
- The poster pages open in a new browser tab. Each page shows the drill name, its practice and the poster layout.
- Scroll through the pages to review them. Close the tab when you are done.
You can also preview posters from a drill that is already in your session. On the session page, open the drill's details from the agenda and click Printable Poster.
Tips
- If you do not see Printable Poster, that drill has no posters.
- The preview is a print-ready page. To print it, use your browser's print option. See How to print posters.
- To get all posters for a whole in-person or hybrid session in one go, use Print physical posters in the play view.
