How to copy the link to share the agenda

Copy a public link to the agenda of a session, sprint or project and share it with anyone, even people without an account.

Every session, sprint and project has a public agenda page. You can copy its link and send it to participants by email, chat or calendar invite. People who open the link do not need a SolveNext Lab account.

Steps

  1. Open the session, sprint or project whose agenda you want to share.
    • For a session, you can also click the ... menu on its row in the Sessions list and choose Agenda.
    • For a sprint, you can also use Agenda in the row menu of the Sprints list.
  2. Click Agenda. A window opens with a preview of the agenda.
  3. At the top of the window, click Copy link to agenda.
  4. A message confirms that the URL was copied. Paste the link wherever you want to share it.

What people see

  • For a session: the session name, format, start date and time (in the session's time zone) and its agenda items.
  • For a sprint or project: the agenda of the sessions it contains.
  • The page is read-only. Viewers cannot edit anything.

Tips

  • If your browser blocks copying, a message asks you to select the text yourself. Try again in a different browser or allow clipboard access.
  • The link always shows the current agenda. If you change the session after sharing, people see the updated version the next time they open the link.
  • Anyone with the link can view the agenda, so share it only with the people who need it.
  • To share the live session with participants, use the Play link instead.
